I spent six nights here, and I found it quite disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities like a bath, which I had counted on, as well as adequate storage space. I was also frustrated by weak air conditioning that failed to cool down the room on my last night, making it unbearable due to the city noise from outside.

The grilled delights at nearby Sangiovese were out of this world, making each meal a celebration. The hotel's breakfast was surprisingly good, exceeding all expectations! Plus, the spacious and clean room provided a great escape after long days of exploring.

But, oh boy, those walls could use some extra padding! If you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. And don’t get me started on the hard mattresses—definitely not for the feeble back! Still, everything else shines.

The Twin Room I stayed in was spacious and very clean, which was a huge plus. I loved having a fridge and a kettle available, making it easy to enjoy snacks or drinks. The mattress was super comfortable too. The blackout curtains really helped with sleep. The staff was also really helpful, and I appreciated the well-maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. The only downside was that the room was a bit noisy at times, likely due to cleaning staff early in the morning. But overall, it was a cozy escape after exploring Lisbon!

Great location near metro stations. Room was clean with air conditioning, a fridge, and kettle. Nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, and free toiletries. Good bathroom setup with a bidet and bathtub. Staff were really helpful, even added a kettle for us. Breakfast wasn't included but looked good.

It was a great fit for a couple of nights in Lisbon with good value for price. I loved how the staff offered handy tips on using the metro to explore the city.
